So I know you've all gotten hyped up after the Shadow Pokemon Update yesterday, but today we have even more to share with you! HALLOWEEN POKEMON!

From today to the end of next Sunday (Nov. 3rd), Halloween Pokemon will be available for purchase on the Pokeplay store under the "Custom Pokemon" Tab. Unlike the Shadow Pokemon we just released, these Pokemon are purely cosmetic skins and do not change the gameplay of the Pokemon.

These Halloween Variants won't last forever, so be sure to grab one while they still last!

Our science team has discovered a brand new breed of pokemon on the server! SHADOW POKEMON! Do you have what it takes to conquer their awesome power and add their strength to your team?

Head over to Store.Pokeplay.io now and pick yourself up a Shadow Pokemon all for your own right now.

These pokemon are not just retextured pokemon, they come with new types, abilities, move-sets, and even evolution methods. For example, a shadow Riolu is no longer just fighting, it's now Dark/Fighting, and instead of evolving during the day, it will require it to be the night! It's evolution form Lucario will also no longer be Steel/Fighting, but instead, be Dark/Fighting!

The Stats GUI will not properly display the correct types as of this moment, but there will be an update coming that will fix that and display the correct new types.

So some of you may have heard from Jerome that this has been in the making for some time now. We're getting very close to its release now and we wanted to share with you a little teaser video to show off a few things that you can expect to see, but believe me when I say that this is only a small look at this update and when it's released fully, it's going to change the game completely!

Today we've updated the server to Pixelmon version 7.0.8!

This update comes with the following changelog:

Additions:
- Implemented the move effects for Beak Blast, Burn Up, Shore Up, Speed Swap, Photon Geyser, and Spectral Thief.

- Added in Gold and Silver bottle caps. Both can be found via fishing in the ocean, with Silver also being tier 3 PokéLoot.

- Added a new keystone cosmetic, the Mega Glasses!

Changes:
- Removed a bunch of the unused 'rarity' stuff in the NPC JSONs since that confuses absolutely everyone.

- Complete overhaul on Pokémon spawning rarities across the board to account for the change in the last version.

Fixes:
- Fixed Ultra Necrozma's model having a huge horn.

- Fixed a crash on older Forge versions due to newer Forge versions breaking some small API.

A calling to all building enthusiasts in the PokePlay community!
As some of you may have noticed, with the number of survival servers we have, it doesn’t really feel right to have all their spawn areas look the same. Don’t you think? So Blade and the Admins have come together and decided to give you guys the opportunity to show us what YOU believe the spawn should look like on the survival servers.

Keep in mind that we have a total of 7 Survival servers at the moment, which means that we’ll be on the lookout for 6 possible new spawns to add in! We’d love to see your creativity, ideas, and passion for the server come to life in your builds.
